2. Possible executive session to discuss appointment of a public officer pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307(B)(1) per 1992 OK AG 23.
3. Discussion and possible action regarding addition and removal of officers from banking signatory lists.
4. Discussion and possible action regarding estimates for the rehabilitation of the water tower interior, to be used for the application to the Rural Infrastructure Grant.
