The small town of Hardesty in the Oklahoma panhandle is named after its founder, Col. Jack Hardesty. Incorporated in 1947. Population: 205.

  • Fire Department debuts the HEMTT
    Truck 608 has come to life in the Hardesty Fire Department, thanks to the unrelenting efforts of fire chief Clay Frantz. This truck build was funded by the OEDA REAP Grant, the Town of Hardesty, and funds from Oklahoma Forestry. See the HEMTT, 608, here.

Does the town accept credit/debit cards?

Yes. Please contact city hall to set up your password for online bill pay or automatic withdrawal.

When is my city bill due?

Pay by midnight on the 10th of the month to avoid a late fee. Pay by midnight on the 20th of the month to avoid disconnection.

What are city hall’s hours?

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. If we are working remotely, please call to make an appointment to meet.
