Our card/ACH payment processor has switched to NexBillPay, who have been so helpful getting us set up. You can pay by debit/credit card, save your card for future use, or set up automated bill payments that will be charged on the 6th of each month.
All online accounts were NOT transferred over; instead, you, our customer, will sign up for your new account. All automated payments will have to be renewed. Please call or text us with any questions.

The small town of Hardesty in the Oklahoma panhandle is named after its founder, Col. Jack Hardesty. Incorporated in 1947. Population: 205.

Does the town accept credit/debit cards?
Yes. Please click the Pay Bill link to set up your account for online bill pay or automatic withdrawal.
When is my city bill due?
Pay by midnight on the 10th of the month to avoid a late fee. Pay by midnight on the 20th of the month to avoid disconnection.
What are city hall’s hours?
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
