CDBG public hearing at City Hall

The purpose of the hearing is to invite citizens for input on the application for a CDBG Water / Wastewater Grant. Hardesty is seeking funding to replace the sewer main line from town to the lagoons. All citizens are encouraged to attend, particularly those of low and moderate-income levels.

- Discussion and possible action to pass a resolution to apply to the Oklahoma Department of Commerce for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for sewer main replacement project.
- Discussion and possibleaction to adopt the Citizen Participation Plan for the CDBG grant.
- Discussion and possible action to determine leverage and sign forms and support letter for the CDBG grant.
- Discussion and possible action to approve the mayor and town clerk to sign all CDBG grant application documents.
- Adjourn.
