  1. Read and approve minutes for regular meeting 1/4/2021 and special meeting 1/19/2021.
  2. Discussion and possible action regarding the Town of Hardesty zoning commission report and recommendations.
    1. If recommendations are approved, discussion and possible action regarding Ordinance No. 20210204 Amendment of Zoning Map.
  3. Discussion and possible action regarding ordinance codification proposals from Americal Legal Publishing Corporation and Municipal Code Management.
  4. Discussion and possible action regarding ordinances for codification, including scheduling special meeting(s) to discuss.
  5. Discussion and possible action regarding declaring the tractor and/or its attachments surplus and opening the surplus for bids.
  6. Approve January payroll.
  7. Discussion, review, and possible action concerning monthly financial reports and approve purchases.
  8. Updates from heads of departments.
  9. Unforeseen business.
  10. Updates and reports from board.

Scam phone call warning

City Hall has been notified of phone calls appearing to be from the former police department’s number (580-888-4534) and “Hardesty Town Hall,” in which a male caller begins asking leading questions. Please do not answer these calls.

The only numbers that might call a resident or customer are: 580-888-4568, 580-524-1515, or 580-754-3670. The only people typically calling locals on behalf of the town are Crystal and Tye. We will not be offended if you decline the call or hang up and call a number listed here to confirm the call is valid.
