City Hall’s business hours have been changed to 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, by order of the city council. City hall remains closed to the public at this time.

Update: City hall is reopened to the public as of April 12, 2021.
Until further notice: City hall is closed to the public, except for public board meetings. Phones will be answered and messages returned as soon as possible, or you may text or call the city clerk at 580-524-1515. Payments may be made in the drop box, by mail, or online.
