A credit on your bill
The December utility bills delivered today include a credit applied to all accounts active on November 10, 2021, when the board of trustees voted on the first project funded by the American Rescue Plan Act.
The recovery funds allotted to the Town of Hardesty have multiple potential uses, but the board desired to make their first priority the people of Hardesty, and scheduled this one-time utility relief for December, in hopes that it would ease some financial stress during the winter holidays.
