Due to the COVID-19 State of Emergency in the Town, County, and State, the Hardesty city council has determined that:
- Late fees will be waived.
- Water will not be disconnected, per CDC recommendations.
- Natural gas disconnections will be deferred for a rolling 3-month period per account.
This will remain in effect during the State of Emergency, and all bills will be due at the end of the State of Emergency, at the next 10th of the month. We encourage our customers to pay what they can to prevent their bills from becoming too large.
