City Hall Closed to Public

Update: City hall is reopened to the public as of April 12, 2021.

Until further notice: City hall is closed to the public, except for public board meetings. Phones will be answered and messages returned as soon as possible, or you may text or call the city clerk at 580-524-1515. Payments may be made in the drop box, by mail, or online.

Utility Billing Update

Please note that late fees and disconnects will resume this month, as they were prior to the COVID-19 State of Emergency.

Also, city hall now accepts credit/debit cards for payment, or can set up automatic withdrawal for your utility bill payment. Contact city hall to set up your online account.
