• Public hearing for FY 2026-2027 budgets for the Town of Hardesty General Fund and the Hardesty Municipal Authority Utility Fund. Discussion and possible action regarding possible additions, deletions, increases, or decreases.
• Discussion and possible action regarding Resolution 20260610 adopting the proposed FY 2026-2027 budgets for the Town of Hardesty General Fund and the Hardesty Municipal Authority Utility Fund with any amendments.
• Discussion and possible action regarding reimbursement from the Town General Fund to the HMA Utility Fund for OEDA REAP Grant TX25-3, and additional funding provided from the HMA Utility Fund to the Town General Fund as permitted by law and the HMA trust indenture.
• Updates from heads of departments.
• Updates and reports from board.
• Adjourn.
